1. Order Processing Time

Each piece of jewelry is made to order. Production time is:

* 7–14 business days for designs without gemstones.
* 14–21 business days for designs with gemstones.

Production times begin from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom-made orders depend on the complexity of the design and generally require 10–21 business days for production.

Please note that production times may vary slightly depending on workshop capacity and the different stages of manufacturing.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

International Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs procedures, or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number can be used to track your shipment through our website or the carrier’s website.

4. International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply according to the laws and regulations of the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Return Eligibility

Return Policy

* Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
* Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags included.
* Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
* Personalized or custom-made jewelry (including engravings, bespoke designs, or special sizing) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, as these items are created specifically for each customer.
* We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
